Mô tả công việc
- Oversee operations of the finance & accounting department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Review works performed by the finance/accounting team to ensure compliance with SFRS and VAS.
- Managing the reporting timeline and provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Discussion with banks and investors on performance bonds, banker’s guarantee, hedging products, development loans.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances during the forecasting and budgeting exercise.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
- Manage the implementation of accounting/operating system in Vietnam.
- Ensuring that local statutory reporting and tax filing requirements are met.
- Analyze trade debtors ageing and initiate discussion with operations/management on follow up actions to mitigate delay in cash collection.
- Provide quick financial analysis of potential clients on their ability to pay.
- Liaising with external auditors and tax agents.
- Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement.
- Any other ad hoc assignment.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree or professional qualification in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 - 6 years of working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, (Excel, Word and Power point).
- Meticulous in numbers.
- Independent, passionate and driven to complete tasks within deadline.
- Positive attitude towards work.
- Have credentials to be appointed as a Chief Accountant.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Have relevant working experience in the real estate industry.
- Have experience in fund raising with the banks.
