Mô tả công việc
- Receive order, input data into system, process layout/order to production
- Inform delivery date to customer
- Arrange shipment on time to customer
- Maintain service, relationship with customer
- Follow up customer's outstanding list with Finance
- Handle/ solve customer's complaint
- Handle all orther enquiries/ requests from customer
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in Customer Service/ Merchandiser in Garment/Label copany is preferable
- Experience in working in multinational Company is preferable
- Good English skills in listening, speaking, writing,reading
- Good at Chinese is more reference
- Good problem - solving skill
- Good communication/ negotiation skill
- Customer Service mindset
- Proactive, dynamic, integrity, careful, teamwwork
- Able to work under high pressure
