- Manage, update, save contracts and company documents; Manage, arrange schedule of hire cars and shuttle buses; Check and remind daily drivers to ensure effective work...
- Build and implement plans, organize events in special occasions such as holidays or employees’ birthday
- Write and send notices, administrative dispatches. Translate documents and work as a translator if manager require
- Support administrative documents for other departments. Support task of administration, recruitment and other jobs that required by manager
- Purchase and control office expenses (office renting, flat renting, meals, stationery, gasoline charge, taxi bill and other fees), collect invoice, ensure the accuracy, make request for payment as deadlines;

- Female, 22-30 years old
- University degree, have at least 1 years of relevant working experience
- Responsible, initiative, hard-working, careful
- Good command of English and computers skills
- CV must be written in English
* Work at: Yen Phong Industrial Zone - Bac Ninh (Daily company bus from Hanoi)
