- Customer care staff management, training and guidance on product knowledge and customer care skills
- Manage and be responsible for all activities of the Customer Care Department, call center and settlement of customer complaints
- Evaluate customer satisfaction with the company, department and staff
- Deploymenting customer care policies, programs and procedures for employees
- Check the implementation of each employee's goals. Regularly evaluate, plan to adjust and support employees to achieve goals
- Proposing solutions and strategies to retain customers
- Regularly or irregularly reporting on customer service activities
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduating from university
- Fluent in English or Chinese
- At least 4 years of experience in the same position and 1 year of management (or higher) in finance
- Withstand high work pressure
- Honest, hard-working
- Ability to establish relationships and handle conflicts and complaints
- Skill of making and analyzing reports
- Communication skills
