1. Manage all base and innovative products (60%)
• Assist Marketing Head to optimize brand menu architecture by improving the product categories and design the brand menu architecture
• Cooperate with RnD and research agency to keep tracking the market trend and propose the new products
• Lead the innovated product launching: Collaborate with Purchasing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Operations,.. and other departments to process the launching
• Collaborate with Product Working Group (PWG) to solve all issues related to product stock, raw materials, source…
• Monthly track and analyze product categories performance, do report to Marketing Head and BOD
• Plan and collaborate with agencies to execute surveys such as price sensitivity, blind product test, sensory test to support for Annual Brand Marketing Plan (BMP), …
2. Plan and execute brand campaigns for assigned categories (40%)
• Work with Regional Marketing and Local Brand Team to build the campaign brief
• Monitor agency in campaign durations step by step: briefing, creating key visual, building story board, production, events, launching,...
• Cooperate with Trade Marketing team in delivering and executing brand campaign at stores
• Support Trade Marketing team in designing regional promotions artworks and make sure the consistent execution POSM
• Monitor and analyze sales volume, sales performance trends and competitors' activities to propose proper reaction to the market
• Plan and monitor the ongoing presence on digital platforms
• Frequently visit market and timely response actions.

• Fluent in English, pro-active and high commitment
• Good communication, presentation and project management skills.
