- Formulating and implementing effective marketing plans to achieve sales and marketing objectives for the assigned brands within the agreed A&P budget
- Monitoring A&P expense & claim to the principals
- To effectively position the brands by assessing the market characteristics, competition and pricing strategy in order to pursue higher sales turnover and profit margins
- Actively generate valuable feedback to ensure building market share and brand awareness
- To work closely with the Sales and/or Food service team in brands for effective implementations of promotional programs and creative campaign’s
- To meet and satisfy the sales demand for stocks at optimum level by planning and forecasting monthly and yearly sales budgets
- Ensuring smooth supply and delivery from Principals or external supplier
- Responsible for recruiting, training & developing of team
- Responsible for brand P&L targets
- Others works assigned by Marketing Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing/ Brand/ Trade marketing in FMCG industry, having strong background of Trade Marketing. Prefer candidates have experience at the same position
- Good management skill, strategic thinking, business overall
- Good foundations and understanding in branding and product management. Knowledge in sales, especially in Trade Marketing would be an advantage
- Dynamic with good analytical skill, especially working with number, and capability In multi-tasking
- Pro-active, adaptive and good follow-through
- Positive attitude, result oriented, innovative
- Be able to travel and work with minimum supervision as well as team player
- Good command of English in writing & speaking
- Proficient with Excel, Words & Power Point.
