Developing & implementing an E-commerce channel development plan: Understand the E-commerce channel & brands to set SMART goals for the development of the entire E-commerce channel both width & depth. Implement well the plans to achieve the set goals.
Building and developing sales channels on the platforms owned by the company (Website, facebook, google, instagram,...) and on E-commerce platforms, especially the Official Brand Stores/Shop-In-Shop (SIS) on Lazada, Tiki, Shopee, Adayroi, Sendo, VNexpress,... to ensure the optimization of brand credentials & USP, SEO, product optimization.
Developing & implementing Marketing & promotion programs: Understand the operation method, promotion schedule, big events, customers of each E-commerce trading floor to make proposals and participate in building Marketing programs, promotions to match and achieve high results. Make sure it is equal to the price of E-commerce and other channels required by the company.
Managing & coordinating with E-commerce trading floor: About contract, delivery, and debt. Coordinate well with the floor and related departments in the company to effectively implement sales promotions, Marketing,...
Managing employees and consumers: recruiting, training, setting targets, arranging jobs for a Customer Care staff to ensure the price, product and program updates on the platforms; quickly respond to customers' inquiries & inquiries, coordinate to resolve warranty cases,...
Reports: Regularly report the situation of activities on Sales, on Traffic about the results of activities,... Regularly and completely reporting on market fluctuations, customers' situation and competitors' activities on E-commerce channel.

Degree in Retail, Marketing or Business, Digital Marketing or any related field desirable.
Bachelor in Administration, Economy and/or Engineering and Digital Marketing certificate.
Necessary/must to have e-Commerce/Digital MKT and Commercial/Operations/Trade Marketing Management/Customer Management experience - minimum of 3 years.
Strong understanding of Web analytic software and retailer interaction flatforms.
Be willing to learn, responsible and able to work under pressure.
Strong analytical, creative and data-driven skills.
