- Build and develop the HR strategy for stable human resource development.
- Build up the KPI system and the career road for engineer.
- Understand all employees in order to give the good consultant to Board of Management.
- Plan for maintenance and develop talent resource for Company, especially developers and engineers.
- Excellent in recruitment and training.
- Update frequently all new lawful government policies and Labor regulations, in order to ensure the encouragement employees well.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Equal or younger than 1986
- Well communication in English / Japanese.
- At least 3 years at same position in the IT company.
- Strong skill in communication, negotiation, recruitment and presentation.
- Patient and flexible in behavior to reach the goal of company.
- Understand each member in organization in order to develop the human resource in strong and stable road.
- Skill in develop the corporate culture.
