BAP is currently seeking an HR Manager. The person who clearly understand all function of HR and can set up the whole corporate HR long-term plan and policy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To assume management responsibility for the operation and activities of the HR Department
  • To manage and participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • To provide support and advice to the Board of Directors, senior managers, departments on employment law and personnel issues
  • Develop/Monitor/Review company regulation, policies, procedure, and proper Career Path & Salary system
  • Develop & Drive the Talent Acquisition strategy/ activities to support business to attract talents.
  • Manage and control all disciplinary procedures to ensure that labor law is strictly adhered to
  • Develop and review the performance appraisal system for all employees and monitor the effective completion of appraisals for their staff by departmental managers
  • Counsel management, supervisors, and employees regarding performance issues and employee relations problems - Assist managers with analyzing problems, identifying alternative solutions and discussing consequences of proposed actions
  • Stay abreast of new legislation, trends and innovations in the field of personnel and ensure compliance with government laws and regulations
  • Ensure that all monthly payments in respect of tax, pensions and salaries are correct and paid on time
  • Be in charge of social insurance, health insurance for all staff (updating, tracking, reporting and claiming insurance)

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

  • Gender: Prefer Female
  • Age: 28-35 years old
  • Education: Diploma or experience in IT industry is preferred.
  • Foreign Language: English (mandatory); Japanese (if can)

Experience :

  • Have passion for people and improving workplaces.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in similar position, prefer candidate that has experience in IT company base on Japan market.
  • Good skill in recruitment, management, training of the staff.
  • Demonstrate experience with human resources metrics.
  • Have the value networks with the IT talent pool.

  • Honest, Confident, Good communication
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with a positive attitude to effectively engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
