- Developing a comprehensive database and network of current and prospective B2B Customers.
- Close working with Omni Channel/ Purchasing head/SM/DO and Controlling head to check all critical control points before process the contract signing.
- Developing and Implementing Sales Plan.
- Finalization of Trade Terms.
- Cross-Selling/Upselling & Range Expansion.
- Develop training material.
- Onside coaching& training to B2B sale team by planned frequency.
- Supporting for the Store B2B Sales Teams.
- Monitoring the performance of B2B Sale team & Review and Feedback.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: College/University (Economy, Marketing, Social, Financial,…).
- Seniority: 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Language: Good English and Vietnamese.
- Office skills: Good MS Office.
- Attitude: winning spirit, business mind, honest, customer-oriented, solution provider, flexible.
- Understanding of B2B in food retail and key success factors of HORECA/ B2B Segment.
- Understanding of Sales Call Process - B2B.
- Knowledge of basic Finance & Business. Profit & Lost analyzing.
- Understanding of Principles & Processes.
- Understanding and proficient working knowledge in Reporting/Tracking tools.
- Leadership spirit, Customer-oriented, Persuasive communication, Drive for results, Excellence negotiation, Collaborative.
