- Working closely with hire managers and superiors to thoroughly understand hiring requirements.

- Filling Operation positions of Grade 6 and above, hard-to-find positions which store team needs the support and all positions of the Regional Office team.

- Fully supporting store team in term of recruitment and retention.

- Following the guidance and support of National Recruitment, Regional Recruitment Manager proactively works with HR Operations and relevant parties, to prepare and proceed with the recruitment planning for new stores opening, workforce for peak seasons (Tet, any special season of the year,...).

- Reporting weekly/monthly/quarterly region’s recruitment status (Including needs, planning, proposals, solutions, updating status) to National Recruitment according to the functional requirements; other functional requests by the functional manager and the Company.

- Working closely with recruiting managers in other regions to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs, and coordinate on national-level initiatives; - Ensuring the smooth and efficient start of the employee life-cycle as well as supporting and coordinating closely the other phases of employee life-cycle.

- Performing other related duties as assigned by the line manager and functional manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and local employment laws and regulations.

- Five years of recruiting experience required.

- Strong at analyzing, strategic planning & development.

- Experienced in retail and operation is a plus.

- Technical recruiting experience a plus.

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.

- Good English skills both in verbal and written communication.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

- Highly responsible, customer service oriented, an acute sense of market trend, proactive, adaptable, be able to work under very high pressures.
