Mô tả công việc

Supervise tender team activities. Monitoring the progress, receiving and processing information arising in the bidding process;
Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers;
Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation;
Preparing fully, available documents offering hard files, soft files such as catalogs, translations, specifications;
Know the state's regulations on bidding, propose solutions how to win bidding;
Managing & updating bid information, progress & reports to Management.
Supporting team to meet the deadlines & bid timeline to make sure the bid processes are on track;
Manage room papers and documents according to policies and company regulations;
Managing and updating bid information to make reports;
Report daily work, weekly as prescribed.

At least Bachelor’s degree or above (in Economy, Accounting or equivalent);
Độ tuổi: 22 - 30
Strong background and work experience in Finance;
Minimum 3 -5 years of relevant experience in tender of medical or in the similar position;
Good working experience and knowledge in Healthcare Industry is plus;
Good in communicating, writing and reading documents related to technical specification of Medical Equipment in English.
