Mô tả công việc

Assist the Area Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales target.
Execute sales strategy and standards – distribution, promotion and merchandising in the in-charge territory.
Manage key operational relationships.
Support Trade Marketing team to execute trade activities in the in-charge area
Monitor sales performance of the team and provide report and analysis on sales performance as required by supervisor.
Develop a POC plan on weekly/Monthly basis and monitor the same to drive top line.
Provide input to Area Sales Manager to generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
Provide professional and excellent customer service with existing and new customers.
Manage and provide support to sales representatives to operate effectively and achieve targets.
Others: Conduct projects or tasks as and when assigned in a timely manner.

B.S/B.A Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field required.
3+ years’ experience in the consumer products industry.
Ability to communicate in both English and Vietnamese.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Effective communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
Sufficient analytical skills, ability to analyze information and making information based recommendations.
Have focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks.
Ability to prioritize and strong organization skills.
Customer-service mindset.
Good negotiation & selling skill.
Comfortable in working with numbers and generate reports.
