- Prepares, manages and regularly reviews the compilation and accuracy of the Departmental Operation Manuals, Job Task Lists and Task Breakdowns.
- Supports the hotel’s focus on service excellence by learning and assisting others to train people to provide exceptional service to the hotel’s external customers (guests).
- Assists the Director of Human Resources with the compilation, implementation and upkeep of the following associate communications
- Effectively communicates core values and behavioral standards to all levels of associates. Counsels associates and provides career advice.
- Assist to review and monitor the hotel's Learning Plan and Calendar, make recommendations where necessary.
- Assists the Outlets Manager, Departmental Trainers in identifying learning needs within each department.
- Assists with the monitoring of skills learning and departmental standards as defined in the Departmental Operations Manual.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or hospitality/ tourism management
- Progressive career in Human Resources in a 5 star hotel with at least 3 years experience as Training Manager of Human Resources.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated skills in leading a diverse team with varying degrees of experience and talents Able to teach and inspire team members to be their best everyday.
