* Vacancies
- Fill up all vacancies as required deadline and/ or as soon as possible
- Identify appropriate resourcing solutions depending on the nature of the role whilst maintaining our focus on direct hiring and low-cost sourcing wherever possible.
- Scan candidate’s CV make initial phone interview and recommend the selected most suitable candidates to the Head of Department or his/her authorized person.
- Maintain and enrich the candidate database in system
- Keep regularly posting all vacancies/ recruitment need / job ad/ recruitment activities and program/ internship opportunities in social media (company website, LinkedIn or Facebook etc.) as well as internally
- Keep contacting regularly with potential candidates and their most updated information
- Conduct regularly interviews with the potential candidates for recommendation to all Depts.
- Actively investigate and update the salary and benefit package in several positions in other companies or competitors
- Handle the entire process of recruitment (involve on negotiation, offer and onboard process)
- Corporate with other related teams (IT, admin, training and Dept Head) to ensure everyone keep noticed and the onboarding process is conducted accurately and smoothly.
* Internal and External Relationships
- Work closely with all Dept Head or his/her authorized persons to make sure all recruitment need fully updated
- Establish a good relationship with all colleagues to identify the company culture, the type of person (both personality and profession skills) ideally for company in order to target the candidates
- Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies and Universities or Student groups for identifying the potential candidates
- Participate regularly Career/ Job fair or workshop organized by Universities or Student group for company’s recruitment branding.
* Others
- Manage intern program: advertisement, select and recommend for interview, onboard process, update the interns’ learning and development by weekly and monthly basis during the entire internship
- Assist to conduct monthly report on recruitment
- Other tasks may be assigned by HR Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar role in Real Estate, Hospitality or relevant field.
- You will also be familiar with the concept of direct hiring and using tools such as LinkedIn and job boards in order to source candidates directly.
- Experience of setting the recruitment strategy for different roles and understanding the mix of sources available.
- Experience of competency-based interviewing of candidates.
- Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy skills which are critical to the role.
- Interest in and experience of recruitment related projects and initiatives.
- Respects and enjoys the diversity of cultural, social and academic backgrounds found in the Firm.
