Senior Legal Executive

- In charges of all legal issues in the Company, ensure the company's activities in compliance with the law
- In charge of legal issues:
• Review and evaluate legal documents: contracts, license, sales, company registration and other documents
• Have responsible for checking importation/ exportation documents, license/permit for importation/ exportation
• Perform legal procedures related to rights and obligations of the company
• Gather and collect date use as legal evidence
• Evaluate the legal information to avoid any claim/dispute and other issues against the Company
• Defend the Company in any law suits. Follow and be in charge of any cases in local/international courts and arbitration related to the Company
• Handle legal matters in finance, human resources and other aspects of the Company’s business activities
• Represent the Company to liaise with any governmental authorities
- Consultant about legal knowledge:
• Advise the Company on any government policies, tax laws and other legal issues
• Advise the Company for any transactions including internal affairs and corporate relationship
• Providing training to the company on legal topics
- Other legal tasks:
• Support Accounting Dept in international payment and arrangement of credit lines with financial institutions
• Cooperate to find investment opportunities and research on potential investment projects of Hoa Phat Group
• Follow and support about legal matters of other subsidiaries of Hoa Phat Group in other countries (Australia, etc)
• Accept other given duties and involve in projects assigned by BOD of Hoa Phat Group
- Other assigned tasks by Director
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree in Law, international trading, Master degree is a big plus
- Have import/export experience
- Critical thinking & result-oriented;
- Proactive and independent under high pressure.
- Hardworking, teamwork
- Good at English; IELTS from 6.0
- Good at communication and negotiation skills;
