Senior Legal (& Compliance Officer)

Report to: Head of Legal & Compliance
The Senior Legal & Compliance Officer shall be responsible for monitoring and/or advising on all legal matters, commercial contracts, and agreements, especially in M&A transactions. The Senior Legal & Compliance Officer shall also ensure the company complies with the statutory and corporate governance practices and guidelines as observed in the industrial energy industry.
Details:
1. Legal:
- Preparation and/or review of contracts (mostly for the renewable energy industry, including power purchase agreements, EPC contracts, joint development agreements, etc.)
- Legal due diligence investigations on the project companies and/or solar power projects
- Provision of legal opinion and solutions internally
- Management/control of deals' signing and closing, licensing, and post-licensing processes.
2. Compliance:
- To ensure all legal and compliance matters are inaccurate, and in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, Group's standards, and policies.
3. Others:
- To manage the team members (junior to midlevel positions)
- Other tasks assigned by the Head of Legal & Compliance

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Law University
- 5 -10 experience years
- Participated in due diligence courses, in the preparation of transaction documents, and in negotiation for M&A transactions.
- Experience in renewable energy is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good management skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal problems quickly and concisely with or without direct supervision and ability to exercise good judgment even in ambiguous situations.
Working hours: From Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Location: 30th Floor, Opal Office Tower, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh
