Mô tả công việc

1. Compensation:

  • Prepare monthly payroll for employees
  • Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees every month prior 5th.
  • Follow up attendance record of all staffs to have a full data for the payroll.
  • Follow up annual leave and other leaves of foreign employees.
  • Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees.

2. Benefit:

  • Make declaration of social and health insurance, unemployment insurance for employees every month.
  • Make sickness and maternity claim and report for employees every month.
  • Contact relating agencies on providing social insurance book and health care card for employees as per local law as well as any concerned matter arising.
  • Make the report to Social Insurance every month as per mandatory requirement.
  • Update healthcare insurance employee list and inform insurer accordingly, follow up with them for claim document.
  • Complete the transferring procedure Social Insurance Book for leaving staffs.

3. Personnel control and labor contract:

  • Control personnel data from their officially-employed date to their resignation including: Input and update personal data and file personal profiles of all staffs.
  • Prepare labor contract and follow up for the renewal ones.
  • Maintain HR personnel database and reports as required such as headcount, fluctuation.
  • Prepare labor report and other reports to local agencies as requested.
  • Handle document processing for personnel changes in the company upon request (promotion, termination, transfer, salary adjustment, disciplinary measure…)

4. Personal Income Tax:

  • Assisting C&B supervisor to collect information and documents to do PIT monthly and PIT yearly finalization report

5. Others

  • Manage labor union fund and follow up labor union claims.
  • Manage domestic and overseas business trips of HO and sales offices.
  • Keep in contact with oversea office to update about their labor contract renewal, recruitment & training, business trip and monthly payroll.
  • Support the yearly events such as team building; year-end party, in-house training courses.

Yêu cầu công việc
  • University degree in Law, Business Administration, English or similar.
  • Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, especially current Vietnamese policy relating to social and health insurance.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar position
  • Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel
  • Good interpersonal skill, careful and accurate
  • Good English
