*Roles and responsibilities
1 - Admin:
- Office supplies: management and make sure the stationery supplies at the office sufficient and do the monthly purchase (if necessary).
- Office admin works:
+ Internal and external meetings and hospitality
+ Invoices, suppliers check/survey, contracts, quotation, … and other relative documents
+ Business trip for staffs and customers (Visa, transportation and accommodation…)
+ Legal paper works for foreign staffs and family (Visa, work permit, resident card, and others related to living necessities…)
+ Office activities (Team building, workshops, company trip, business events…)
- Manage and conduct the company policy and procedures (annual leave, benefits, on-boarding & off-boarding processes…).
2 – Recruiter:
- Manage and develop recruitment channels and sources especially in IT industry
- Search qualified candidates as per the job requirement and contact for interview scheduling.
- Manage and implement recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding.
- Prepare, send, store and manage offer letters, trial contracts, labor contracts and other documents related to employee profiles.
3 – Internal training organizer:
- Do the orientation and provide the guidelines for new employees.
- Make plan, organize and manage the internal training courses (technical skills, soft skills, English, etc.)
4 – Payroll
- Make monthly salary sheet and report.
- Explain the questioned details in the salary reports in case of being asked.
- Follow-up attendance data of employees every month recorded by company system.
- C&B tasks (SI, HI, etc.)
- Other admin support tasks assigned by managers.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
*Requirement
- At least 3 years of experience as HR specialist and Admin, or office manager
- Experienced in recruiting for IT industry
- Strategic and critical thinking.
- Good negotiation skill.
- Excellent in crowd control mindset and resource risk management.
- Excellent planning and managing skill.
- Fluent communication in both English and Vietnamese (writing and verbal).
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Capability to do training on English communication is a plus.
* Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (From Monday to Friday)
