Mô tả công việc
- Lead concept development in relation to design and creative outputs
- Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals
- Develop and manage productivity and to continuously improve the design team’s production capabilities
- Ensure design and creative projects are delivered on time and met clients’ expectation
- Understand your respective team members’ strengths and weaknesses, in order to provide the necessary support structure to help nurture personal development and career progression.
- Behave as an exemplary design lead, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver high performance against their objectives.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Female/ Male
- At least 1 year of working experience in Art Manager role at Digital agencies
- Able to work under pressure
- A passion for marketing and communications, design and Digital Marketing
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography and limitations of online design work.
- The ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others, influencing external and internal stakeholders
- Strong experience in using design/visual software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- High-level attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
- Ability to lead design projects from concept to completion
- Ability to supervise and develop employees
