Job Purpose
• This role is responsible for leading data workstream deliveries. Works with stakeholders and end users to delivery planning and develop solutions that meet user require.
• Responsible for the delivery of the development, project leadership, quality and timely delivery of projects and deliverables. Combine skills in negotiations, administration, leadership, and technology to remove obstables and hindrances.
• Oversee the data processing, coordinating all of the parties involved to ensure a smooth process with minimal disruption, and also lead support and troubleshooting efforts.

Job Responsibilities
• Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.
• Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
• Encouraging regular iteration on deliverables and key ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retros).

Job Accountability
• Responsible for ensuring that projects are properly planned, communicated, and progressed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review business requirements and strategize methods to minimize delays and utilize resources.
• Leading the delivery of the development, project leadership, quality, and timely delivery of the project to align with business strategy.
• Ensure data delivery through high-performing dashboards, visualizations, and reports.

Qualifications:
• University degree in Information Technology.
• Minimum 5+ years project management experience.

Skills and Knowledge:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing, designing, and maintaining large scale data solutions.
• Hands-on experience analyzing, architecting/re-architecting data and analytics platforms on Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Experience designing and implementing data ingestion solutions on Azure/AWS/GCP using different approaches.
• Strong project management skills and team management experience with managerial abilities to handle a team of data enthusiasts.
• Experience in running Agile (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong communication and team player that have expert knowledge of Agile methodologies. Effective verbal and written communication skills (People, Customer).
• Must have experience designing and architecting data lakes on cloud platforms and BI application integrations.
• Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with a variety of relational databases, query languages, query authoring, and related tools.
• Self-Development, communication, problem-Solving Skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills (People).
• Open-minded, multi-tasking, teamwork, flexible and interest to learn new things.
