Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Ownership in Sales:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for assigned products, including pricing, packaging, and positioning.
- Serve as the product expert to support the sales team in customer engagements and proposals.
- Collaborate with the vendor partners (e.g., Zoom, eSentire) to align on product updates and roadmap integration.
2. Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Plan and lead product launches, working closely with marketing, presales, and business development teams.
- Develop sales playbooks, battle cards, and value propositions tailored to various industry verticals.
- Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments.
3. Channel & Partner Enablement:
- Train and support channel partners and internal teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.
- Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to increase product adoption and partner-driven sales performance.
4. Market Intelligence & Product Feedback:
- Conduct competitor analysis and gather market insights to inform product positioning and enhancements.
- Collect feedback from customers, sales, and support to drive continuous product and service improvements.
5. Sales Performance Tracking:
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, and recommend actions to achieve or exceed targets.
- Create sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and executive updates on product sales status.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in product management or technical sales, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or unified communication solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing technology products in the market.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical features with business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written). Additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Zoom, eSentire, or comparable solutions (e.g., Palo Alto, Microsoft Teams, CrowdStrike).
- Experience working in a distributor, vendor, or MSP/MSSP model.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
