- Perform research and gather information about hair businesses and its products in the market and provide reports that can be useful for company business development.
- On the process of developing businesses; execute actions to establish connections with respective contacts, propose product offers and work on the communication to assist inquiries and orders.
- Perform research about hair and market trends and other related information that can be useful for the development of the new products.
- Perform research about other hair manufacturers that produce products for Caucasian market and establish business partnership with them.
- Propose product concepts, designs, ideas, and solutions by coordinating all the research with R&D Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager to execute new product development in a timely manner.
- Determine and execute improvement on the old and current products available in the market.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Have the ability to forecast and understand customers, buyers and users demand on the products that are currently in trend or the products that they want but not in the market yet.
- Establish research and development goals and priorities by collaborating with R&D Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Ability to create a useful and effective reports and presentations and can carry a meeting with executives when required.
- Able to submit reports and other required information in a timely basis with minimal delays.
- Good at English
- A spirit of co-operation and a positive 'can do' attitude
