- Brief: As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales growth and performance of our aftermarket performance motorcycle parts and accessories business in Vietnam. As we expand our business operations, your sales strategy will drive the market penetration upwards and establishing our market presence of our renowned automotive brands.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors and retailers.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies through effective communication and excellent service delivery.
- Foster collaboration among the dealers and distributors to collectively enhance the visibility and reputation of our brands in the Vietnam region through joint promotional activities and initiatives.
- Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including specifications, features and benefits.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
- Provide marketing support to local distributors and dealers to enhance visibility and drive sales.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights to senior management.
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue targets, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
- Market Intelligence:
- onitor market trends and gather intelligence to provide insights on consumer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Share feedback with Area Distributors to optimize inventory management and product offerings.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences and events to network and promote our automotive brands.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach.
- Implementation of Company and Team Culture:
- Ensure compliance with company directives, including new product launches, pricing structures, and area segmentation strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to dealers and distributors in aligning with company goals.
- Foster a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Minh Hoh Sales Team.
- Any other ad-hoc as assigned and/or required by superior.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Passionate in all things two-wheeled.
- Local Vietnamese only, with conversational English. Additional regional language proficiency such as Mandarin would be a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnam market landscape.
- Self-driven and result-oriented.
- Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- High sense of urgency and ability to offer excellent customer service and thorough follow ups to distributors and dealers.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Vietnam.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Quyền lợi/Phúc lợi
- Personal income tax due date: By quarter, every end of the month
- Salary above VND 2,000,000 subject to a 10% income tax deduction, Personal tax relief: VND 11,000,000
- Dependent Tax Relief: VND 4,400,000 / person - Social insurance deductions: 8% (employee); 17.5% (employer) (employees are subject to social insurance during the probation period)
Health insurance deductions: 1.5% (employee); 3% (employer) - Bonus: Confirmed staff will be entitled for 13-month salary including performance bonus (subject to company's performance)
Increment: As per Group increment policy - Annual leave: 12 days (increase 1 day after every 5 years of service)
Public holiday: 12 days
Sick leave (under social insurance): 30 days per year (if contributed to social insurance fund for less than 15 years)
Paternity leave: 5 working days (for those who are currently paying social insurance) up to 14 working days if the wife gives birth to twins or more infants and take childbirth operation)
Marriage leave: 3 days
Children's marriage leave: 1 day
Death of natural parents / in-laws / spouse / natural siblings / children: 1 day unpaid leave - Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, alternate Saturdays 8am to 5pm (rotational by team)
Probation: 60 days
Notice period during probation: Min 7 days
Notice period upon confirmation: 30 days
