Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Source candidates using various methods and tools, including the company career site, social media, internet job boards, tech association, and university alumni resources;
• Analyze resource needs and make recruitment plan.
• Execute the screening process, initial interviewing, tracking and hiring close;
• Maintain a good relationship with candidates for future and/or unexpected hiring need;
• Build up candidate database;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends;
• Prepare recruitment reports weekly/monthly;
• Contribute for team training activities in Sourcing/consulting skills.
• Assign and align tasks among team in order to balance and ultimate team effectiveness.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• English at least B2 level (A MUST)
• Good interpersonal & teamwork skills;
• Manner, work well under high pressure;
• Love networking, creative and passionate in achieving the target.
• Responsible, diligent, willing to handle multitasks.
