We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Team Leader to join our software development team for an ERP/HRM system. The QC Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the quality control activities, ensuring high product quality, and managing the day-to-day operations of the QC team. This role requires a deep understanding of the ERP/HRM domain and strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
- Take full ownership of the quality assurance process for the ERP/HRM project.
- Analyze and understand the entire software system and workflows to ensure thorough test planning.
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test strategies based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and support team members to ensure on-time delivery with high quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts (BAs), Developers, and Project Managers to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and validate solutions.
- Participate in project planning sessions and contribute to risk assessments and release readiness.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and mentor junior QC members.
- Ensure documentation of testing processes and test results is clear and complete.
- Communicate effectively with clients when necessary to understand issues and deliver QA reports.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of ERP and HRM systems is a must.
- Experience with software testing methodologies including manual and automated testing.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, etc.
- Strong leadership, task management, and delegation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
[Nice-to-have]
- ISTQB or other QA certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience working directly with international clients.
