Mô tả công việc

Assist lawyers and other consulting staffs of the firm, particularly the following tasks:

Review the project documents, legal research and practical research for the purposes of solving the client's queries
Prepare the relevant required documents (including the preparation of summary, records and organize the case files, dossiers binding, documents scanning and photocopying, notarizations...)
Draft documents, contracts, and legal opinions
Analyze and provide the legal opinions and advice for the lawyers in charge of the case to consider
Liaise and work with the authorities and relevant organizations to solve the queries of the clients and the firm
Co-ordinate with the firm's lawyers and other colleagues to perform the works as assigned by the lawyers of the firm
Translate English - Vietnamese or vice verse of the documents of the clients and of the firm
Prepare the legal news, legal alerts and legal articles as assigned by the firm
Participate in the firm projects and do the business travels if required by the firm
Perform other tasks as assigned by the firm

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Profession

Be logical and accuratee in legal research and advice
Be able to work in English, be an advantage of Japanese/Korean communication

Professional attitude

Attitude: Carefully, diligently, hard-working, and seriously working (warning: should not apply if the applicant is not ready and not able to work hard; and have no serious attitude for this career)
Be able to keep confidential for clients' information, highly disciplinary, and team work
Be honest, enthusiastic and responsible in working
Having the ethnic of a lawyer, and good attitude of career / working development
