Mô tả công việc
• Research, advise and draft legal memo on the Vietnamese laws; Translation of documents in English language;
• Draft legal memorandums, contracts and agreements for clients;
• Follow and implement instructions of senior lawyers and partners; and
• Other legal works of a foreign law firm.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Graduate from law school and completion of the training program at Vietnam Judicial Academy;
• Strong verbal and written skills in Vietnamese and English;
• Strong research capabilities;
• Teamwork;
• Strong communication skills;
• Commitment and dedication to their legal career;
• Enthusiasm and energy at work;
• Ability to carry out legal research;
• Ability to work under high pressure working environment.
