The main rresponsibilities of the Officer of Lecturer Recruitment is to manage the entire process of lecturer recruitment and to assist and consult with Head of trategy and Quality Management (SQM) on management and improvement of lecturer recruitment at the University.

The detail responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct regular follow-up with Academic Director(s) and Academic Coordinator(s) to prepare/update job vacancies;
  • Search and recommend sources for job announcement (recruitment channels, social media, personal contacts, internal recruitment, etc.);
  • Maintain regular communication with members of the Application Review Team (ART) and the Search and Nomination Committee (SNC);
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates on application process and requirements;
  • Organize assessment sessions and job interviews;
  • Report on lecturer recruitment status to Head of Strategy and Quality Management (SQM) Department;
  • Assist Head of SQM in lecturer planning;
  • Assist Head of SQM in preparation and regular update of Lecturer Recruitment regulation and process;
  • Assist Head of SQM in preparation and update of VGU Resource and Information packages which serve to highlight VGU support to faculty and to facilitate integration of newly hired faculty;
  • Assist Head of SQM in preparation of periodical reports in preparation for UC or other purposes;
  • Other duties under SQM when assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor in Human Resources/ economics/ business administration/finance or related fields.
  • Minimum 01 year working in HR or related field, preferably some experience in recruitment in education sector
  • In-depth knowledge and skills in Human Resources
  • Excellent Oral and Written English and Vietnamese languages
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, including basic statistical analysis, database management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to work on own initiative and with deadlines
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Professional attitude in all situations
  • Innovative and dynamic
  • Capacity to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Willingness to work after office hours and on weekend days, when required

  • Thời gian làm việc: Monday to Friday; 8:30 - 16:30
