Mô tả công việc
- Control the signing of different types of contracts to carry out sales procedures: Deposit Agreement, Sales and Purchase Agreement, Appendix. Notice of payment / public status debt of the customer, Notice document between the Investor and the customers.
- Track, aggregate customer information for each project, track contract status, hand over, and keep contract.
- Check the Client's transfer documents and perform transfer confirmation procedures;
- Track debt, ensure debt is recovered in accordance with regulations
- Guide Customers to submit documents related to the company's products
- Receive and handle customer complaints, coordinate with departments / departments in complaint handling
- Perform other professional work as requested / directed by Head of Department, Leadership
Yêu cầu công việc
- Qualifications / Knowledge : Diploma
- Technical skills : Word, Excel, power point, Customer Service mindset
- Experience in real estate field
- Personal attributes : Excellent interpersonal skill
- Good in speaking and writing in English
