* Develop software
- Program functions according to assignment
- Update, develop internal software or purchase the new ones to support operation activities.
- Surmount the troubles, uninstall the errors, and upgrade existing software.
- Train to transfer the system departments.
- Develop small tools and software to increase information technology utilities to increase efficiency.
* Work with external suppliers:
- Work with external software suppliers’ to update new software and equipment.
- Monitor the warranty and maintenance process of IT equipment at the office.
- Integrating third-party software components and programs
* Analyze and report:
- Collect and evaluate users feedback.
- Propose and implement software improvements.
- Propose replacing and upgrading the relevant equipment to department and leaders.
- Build technical documents, usage instruction and technical transfer relating to the software.
* Common task:
- Actively participate in training course held by the Group
- Actively participate in the staff engagement activities held by the Group.
- Compliance with rules of the Group and individual tasks.
