Administrative officer provides support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
- Manage and maintain all office facilities (furniture/phone/copy machines, coffee…)
- Do the office and management such as working with the landlord, establish paperwork, stationery, purchasing, payment request, insurance, expenses tracking…
- Take care all kinds of license (Business, Advertisement, Logo, Lightbox…)
- Ability to exchange and work with other Departments
- Manage the meeting rooms, arrange meetings, car booking…
- Arrange air ticket, hotel, visa (if any) for business
- Documents/ Filings are systematized, complete, and timely updated
- Ensure the office environment clean and tidy including the stock room, meeting rooms…
- Prepare the office supply and access for new boarding employees
- Be a receptionist to answer phone and take care of guests
- Support other team if requested
- Other tasks assigned by Office Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- 2 year experience in related position
- Proficient in spoken and written English is a MUST
- Familiar with MS Office
- Customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skill
- Time management, task - management
- Can-do attitude
- Dynamic and proactive
- Hard-working, presentable, dignified
