- Handle customers’ complaints; advise users basic problems of using coffee machines and coffee.
- Examine and ensure customers’ satisfaction; develop programs to address issues.
- Work closely with technical team to solve customers' problems.
- Make calls to old and current customers to get feedback/comments on daily basis.
- Provide service quotes and achieve service value targets.
- Other assigned work.

- BA in economics, commerce, or business administration management, marketing.
- Excellent communication, persuasion skills.
- Excellent telephone skill.
- Good selling skill is a plus.
- Excellent problem solving skill.
- At least B2 level in Enlish.
- Good at MS Office.
- Happy cheerful and positive person.
- Patient, attentive and a good listener.
- Professional looking.
- Willingness to learn and try new things.
- Female, age 22 - 30.
- At least 01 year of customer service.
- Experience in sales, sales admin, tele-marketing is an advantage.
