* Job Purpose Be responsible for Recruitment, Training and Employee Relation
* Responsibilities

1. Recruitment (80%)
- Plan and arrange interviews, recruitment and staffing
- Process professionally entrance procedure for new staff.
- Work with other Departments regarding recruitment request
- Advice and dealing with other Department when there is any issue during recruitment procedure.
- Do exit interview during probation time of staff

2. Employee Relation (15%)
- Plan and implement internal events
- In charge of company announcement and notice.
- Other tasks required by direct managers.

3. Other (5%)
- Support foreign employees with process of visas, work permit, and temporary residence card

Yêu cầu công việc

* Qualifications: University degree in Human Resources or related major
* Experience, Skills and Competences
- Fresher or below 1 year experience
- Problem solving, Team spirit
- Motivated, Independent and management skills.
* Language Good at Engish
* Computer Good at excel, word, power point
