Manage and control all marketing and PR works in NHO, including:

Manage marketing project to achieve expected communication effectiveness;
Work closely with Event, PR, Online Marketing and Design teams to ensure smooth implementation and marketing strategies;
Come up with proper and accurate marketing strategies that emphasize and empower N.H.O’s brands in general and specific projects;
Implement creative marketing strategies and suggest creative marketing materials to create a better awareness for product and brand; Develop and implement the appropriate strategies for new products and services;
Brand management to ensure consistent image in all marketing activities;
Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, brochure, newsletters, e-newsletters and TVCs;
Manage & develop the partnership program with strategic partners;
Research and analyze market trend and customer behavior preferences;
Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans;
Liaise with designers, printing houses and arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
Provide direction, guidance to the Sales & Marketing Departments to ensure the alignment with the Company’s strategies;
Kick-start and coordinate the action plans to penetrate new markets;

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising and Communications or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing in Real Estate industry - developers
Real estate market knowledge, Understanding about the products and branding in real estate.
Excellent in writing and editing skill.
Strong media networking and relationship.
Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical.
Strong organizational and project management
