Being an Inspiring Active Leader in the community internally & externally to build brand awareness for the company and developing a larger audience for LEEP.APP
A. Key Responsibilities & Critical Drivers
1. 60% Marketing Strategy Development and Execution
- Measurement, Management, and initiative to execute all areas of the O2O user-journey experience from awareness to advocacy.
- Lead, develop and manage a strong marketing team in order to deliver the department objectives within assigned department budgets
- Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities and managing consistent growth of the app via user’s conversion and retention
- Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally
- Strategize, develop, and shape corporate communications and brand management
- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team and business stakeholders to achieve company business outcomes.
- Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
- Drive branding and marketing communications activities based on the established strategic corporate communications with the goal to increase brand awareness and reputation as well as lead generations to support sales
- Help organize initiatives, events, or press conferences; Liaise with media and handle requests for interviews, statements... etc
- Coordinate corporate digital communications focusing on social media management, including concept development, implementation & monitoring
2. 15 % Community relations
- Develop a strategy to build and maintain programs and activities that will have a positive impact on the community
- Build and maintain relationships with members of the active fitness and lifestyle community, key individuals to build a strong community of #liveactive for client
- Help organize community outreach programs and coordinate special events that promote products, services to create a #liveactive movement in Vietnam
3. 15% Brand reputation management
- Foster strong relationships with KOLs and key persons to protect and enhance brand infinity
- Daily news monitor about brands and industry
- Organization of CSR activities with the goal to build brand image
4. 10% Internal Relations
- Direction of central internal communications to enhance internal information flow.
- Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters, emails, etc.)
- Assist CEO/BCD in building strong company culture
B. Main Activities
- O2O user journey from awareness to advocacy.
- Manage Budgets & Forecasting
- Help create new products internally & externally
- Strategies & Execute to achieve company outcomes
- Working with other departments to achieve company outcomes
- Understanding consumer trends to convert into sales
- Creative - build an inspiring brand image and story
- Experience with Social Media channels like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn
C. KPIs:
- Forecasted Budget v.s. Actual Budget
- Sales Targets: Annually, Quarterly, Monthly
- Number of registrations/sign-ups
- Number of qualified leads
- Traffic source breakdown
- Share of voice: mentions of your brand/mentions of others
- Brand mentions: all platforms

2. Required experience & education:
- Marketing degree qualification
- At least 3 years at manager levels
- Understand of application market is an extra point
