Department: Legal & Compliance
Report to: Head of Legal & Compliance
Job Description:
- To research and update the laws of Vietnam
- To draft, review and execute all corporate documents and office-related documents/ contracts
- To be responsible for all licensing works for the company and renewable projects (e.g., update ERC, incorporate business location, obtain IRC)
- To ensure all compliance matters in accurate and in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, Group’s standards and policies.
- Other legal & compliance tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education: Law University
Experience: At least 1 year full-time working in law firm or economic organization
Skills & Knowledge:
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Third language (Chinese/ Japanese) is preferable
- Strong working manner and ethic
- Master administrative skills
