Legal & Procurement Manager

* Procurement:
- Works with Brand, operations, and business managers to ensure the procurement department is aware of changing business requirements for third party products
- Directs the strategic sourcing in accordance with business needs and priorities
- Negotiate with the supplier for annually / quarterly fixed price products with the most efficient cost
- Build and maintain closer business relationship with key strategic suppliers to get their support in hot situation, emergency case
- Works with Management and Compliance to ensure that the corporate sourcing process and standards are in alignment and executed in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Identify and maintain the best industry practices in procurement processes, operations, and management.
- Proficiency to develop, align and execute a corporate-wide procurement strategy including Marketing.
- Leadership capability to establish shared goals, agree on the plans to execute and help build momentum at an organizational level for procurement initiatives or procurement maturity plans.
- Responsible for hiring, managing and appraising Procurement staff, as well as managing the performance of the Procurement Department, including defining goals, setting priorities and measuring performance
* Legal:
- To provide legal advice on wide range of matters related to opening new stores, distributing new brand, registering promotion campaign, …
- To work closely with and supervise the Legal team and to provide support for them in handling their daily work
- Review and provide recommendation to improve team’s performance.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 5 years working experience as Procurement Manager, priority on procurement experience, have legal experience
- Experience in creating and leading a performance driven team.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and work effectively with managerial level and all other levels in the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skill in both English and Vietnamese, oral and written.
- People oriented, strategic mind, analytical thinking, effective problem-solving skill, result focus.
- Strong skills in negotiation, leadership, financial cost analysis, market analysis, continuous improvement, problem solving
