AKYN Hospitality Group is seeking a talented Legal Officer to support our dynamic and growing team.
Key responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, official documents and internal policies.
- Handling licensing and business registrations.
- Researching and updating new regulations to promptly advise all of departments in the Company to comply with the provisions of law.
- Performing various legal tasks assigned by the Legal Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Minimum 2 years of legal experience.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office.
- Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
- Good at communication and drafting in English.
- Meticulous, organized and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Able to manage a large amount of paperwork, multitask and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
