• Project: Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem
• The job objective is to:
- Ensure the Project is in compliance with the current laws and regulations during each Project stage
- Provide legal risk management measures and ensure the necessary approvals/permits will be granted for the Project by the competent authorities
• Key tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Review and interpret articles/clauses in laws and regulations relevant to all matters during each Project stage
- Research market practice related to legal procedures
- Provide legal opinions on the Company's decisions based on both laws/regulations and the market practice, and propose the most optimum measures for the Company
- Review and appraise legal documents of the Company and the Project, including contracts, agreements, certificates, etc.
- Other tasks and duties assigned by the General Director and the team leader
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's in related field
- At least 5 years' experience including relevant experience (e.g. real-estate industries and full project cycle prefered)
- Strong understanding of Vietnam realestate market and relevant regulation required
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent research skills and timely documentation and reporting skills
- Fluent English in speaking and writing required
- Excellent Microsoft office skill(Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required.
