Mô tả công việc
- Draft important correspondences, draft, review and/or revise various legal documents, undertake legal researches, content checks, archive, manage the document retention of the company;
- Support all legal matters related to operation of the company, including but not limited to provide legal advices and work with the stakeholders in Commerce/Sale, Finance, Supply, Marketing, Human Resources (“HR”), and Corporation Relation (“CR”) functional team and assist them in working, meeting and negotiating with third parties to complete the transactions;
- Support compliance matters including but not limited to provide legal advices, propose amendment and/or update of internal rules of the company in accordance with changes of the local laws, conduct internal compliance trainings on the Group’s policies/guidelines/ standards, supervise the implementation of such policies/ guidelines/standards, and review and approve the KYBP (Know Your Business Partners) and G&E (Gifting's & Entertainment), DMC (Diageo Marketing Code);
- Fully in charge of legal administrative works; and
- Other tasks relating to matters at the request of Legal Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Hold bachelor law degree
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- Good knowledge of commercial law
- Experience in international law firm is an advantage
- Very good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
- Proactive work behavior and enthusiasm to reach goals
- Ability to work in a professional manner in a high-pressure environment
- Good computer skills in MS office
