- Consultations and Supervisions;
- Conduct researching, analyze, summarize and update all laws and regulations which relating to the Corporate’s business activities;
- Compliance Manual;
- Propose and prepare, conduct the training contents and material
- Draft, review, organize, and monitor a wide range of contracts, agreements, arrangements, legal documents
- Build, follow and improve the contract form system for Company;
- Attend the meeting with partners/vendors/suppliers to deal about legal aspects for all contracts, agreements...
- Manage the legal issues and risks of the Corporate to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate actions have been taken;
- Monitor and follow-up claims, disputes from customers and business partners at any court or arbitration;
- Monitor application dossiers and liaise with relevant Authorities for the business licenses of the Corporate;
- Conducting, coordinating and supporting any governments (and/or authorities) relations of Vietnam relating to Licensing;
- Directing, administrating, inspecting and making comments on usage of, or newly designing of all marks (Trademarks of either registered or un-registered), sounds, colors and presences evoking corporate images;
- Inspecting, consulting and administrating Intellectual Properties such as Trademarks.
- Supporting Business Development.

- University degree of Laws
- Minimum 03 years of practical experience in professional Legal environment
- Lawyer certificate (Recommendable, but not required)
- Very fluent in English
- Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet and computer graphics and designing
