Objectives
• Be responsible for implementing legal procedures, assisting legal issues to ensure that all activities of the Company and of the Projects are in accordance with the provisions of laws; supporting in response and settlement of the customer’s feedback in accordance with the Company’s policies and the regulations of the laws;
• Be responsible for reviewing, appraising the legality of the procurement transactions, contracts of the projects and business activities so as to ensure the best interests for the Company and compliance with the provisions of laws.
Key accountabilities
• Be responsible for appraising, reviewing and evaluating the legality of the projects/enterprises merger and acquisition transactions;
• Be responsible for implementing the legal procedures in order that the project is agreed and approved for the purpose of investment, construction in accordance with the prevailing provisions of laws;
• Be responsible for reviewing, appraising the legality of the procurement transactions, contracts of the projects and business activities so as to ensure the best interests for the Company and compliance with the provisions of laws;
• Be responsible for implementing legal procedures, assisting legal issues to ensure that sales activities and products of the projects are in accordance with the provisions of laws; supporting in response and settlement of the customer’s feedback in accordance with the Company’s policies and the regulations of the laws;
• Be responsible for creating regulations related to corporate governance and ensuring that the organization structure and operation of the enterprise comply with Vietnamese laws;
• Be responsible for controlling the Company’s activities for compliance and accordance with the internal regulations and Vietnamese laws;
• Be responsible for completing the financial KPIs, non-financial KPIs and other assigned KPIs from time to time;
• Be responsible for fulfillment of other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Proven experience as a Legal Director in Real Estate Industry at least 3 years;
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law, sales structure and procedures;
• Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation;
• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies;
• Outstanding communication skills;
• Fluently in English;
• BSc degree in Law.
