Mô tả công việc

Focus on reviewing and implanting all legal documentation, both local and international, to fully comply with the law and provide legal advice
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To act as legal business partner to various departments (B2B sales, retail outlets, oversea sales, planning, HR, etc.).
- To drafts advise on and ensure legality of contracts entered by the company to manage legal risk, and to ensure the company’s spending and receivables are protected.
- To deliver legal services and functional provision of daily operational legal advice to relevant respective internal partner's business operations.
- To be involved in grand projects of the company (M&A transactions, FDI projects, etc.) and provide legal support for each project from the start to finish.
- Be a key player in M&A projects and company's restructuring process.
- To assist/ conduct the process of dispute resolution, litigation, and to represent the Company in front of a court for any lawsuit.
- Keep the BOD updated with the new regulations, legislation issued by the governments of Vietnam.
- Other tasks assigned by BODs.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor or master’s degree in law; Lawyer practicing certificate is a must
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant legal experience in law firm or corporate legal department; Candidate with background in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce sector is preferable.
- Familiar with M&A transaction and property transaction is preferable.
- Drafting skills in corporate and commercial matters.
- Well-presented with good interpersonal skills, communication skills and meditation skills
- Positive attitude and ability to multi-task and able to work independently.
- Good command of English and MS Office.
- Working time from Monday to Friday: 8:30AM - 5:30PM.
