IBPRO Legal Co., Ltd is looking for a team with young and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to gain experience in a professional workplace environment. IBPRO is experienced in Investment and Corporate laws, and we have provided consultancy for both domestic and international clients. You can expect to work in an energetic and closely-connected environment with plenty of rooms to demonstrate and elevate your personal attributes.
As a member of IBPRO, you will have a chance to: (1) provide legal consultancy to clients; (2) draft application dossiers and perform administrative procedures on behalf of clients; (3) assist lawyers in the process of resolving disputes at the Courts or Arbitration Centers. In details:
- Researching and synthesizing regulations and legal documents in the process of providing consultancy to clients.
- Drafting dossiers of application for licenses/certificates/approvals, such as: Investment Registration Certificate, Enterprise Registration Certificate, Business License...
- Drafting legal consultancy at the request of clients.
- Representing the clients in disputes resolution at the Court or Arbitration Centers.
- Reviewing/drafting contracts and participating in contract negotiation process.
- Other tasks as requested by the Director.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Successful candidates for the position of Legal Consultant shall have the following characteristics:
- Having graduated from a law school/Owning a bachelor of law degree;
- Preference will be given to candidates who already have a legal practicing certificate or have graduated from a lawyer training course at the Judicial Academy;
- Having at least 4-5 years of experience working in a law firm specializing in Investment and Corporate laws. Expertise in other professional fields are highly appreciated.
2. Being able to work full-time (Monday to Friday: 8:30AM - 6:00PM; Saturday: 8:30AM - 12 noon) and based in Hanoi (our office is located at Kim Ma street). You will occasionally be required to work overtime due to the nature of the work;
3. Having fluent and competent English (minimum 6.0 IELTS or equivalent);
4. Being punctual, critical and able to maintain composure under high pressure.
