Mô tả công việc
- Compose and review partnership contracts with product providers/clients in financial, consumer goods, aviation sectors, etc for sales and marketing services
- Compose and review contracts with vendors (IT, landlord, office, advertising publishers, advertising platforms...)
- Review commission policy for agents so that it is compliant with laws on the distribution of financial products, alcoholic products, etc
- Compose and review legal documents to ensure compliance with laws on data privacy, copyrights, intellectual properties, etc
- Consult and execute licenses, especially in financial service sector and media
- Work with governmental agencies on promotion registration
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor or Master law degree
- At least 05 years of experience in Ecommerce & Tech
- Proficient in Vietnamese & English language
- High attention to detail & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confidentiality, trustworthy, mature, professional ethics
