Legal Assistant (HCM)

Report to: Legal Manager
Key Tasks:
- Review, draft contracts of the Company as trained and guided by Legal Manager.
- Control all in/out legal documents (incl. all kinds of contracts, official letters, chopped docs, etc.)
- Consolidate list of all licenses as required by law (e.g. Food safety, Firefighting, construction permit, license, lease contract, environment regular reports, etc.)
- Search legal documents as required by Legal Manager;
- Submit application at state authorities in licensing as required including but not limited to Business Licenses, Investment reports, and promotion programs.
- Conduct legal researches, update and keep alert of legal changes in relevant legislation.
- Check with state authorities in legal issues as required by Legal Manager.
- Translate documents;
- Arrange and manage documents and files archived in Legal Dept.;
- Implement the administrative jobs in Legal department;
- Other Legal jobs as required by Legal Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor in Law.
- A dynamic professional with minimum 2 years of experience in the law related field.
- Hands-on, possess high energy level.
- Good organization & communication skills.
- Good in English and Vietnamese in both writing and speaking skills.
- Computer literacy.
