• Developing, negotiating, interpreting, reviewing, and administering contracts.
• Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, and services supplied.
• Ensuring all processes are streamlined and efficient within deadlines.
• Ensuring the administration process is managed and always up to date.
• Ability to take on a variety of legal tasks.
• Compliance of Rules for Contract Management of Company.
• Document Control.
• Maintain legal transcripts of immigraton proceedings, produce and archive copies of attorney and client correspondence.
• File paperwork requesting to immigration.
• Dailly follow up with the clients.
• Handling client queries over the phone and in meetings & emails.
• Making outbound calls.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution of the process.
• Coordinating with Overseas Branches for all processing and documemtation related queries
• Reviewing all documents prepared as per immigration rules.
• Checking all documents and reverting to clients via Email or phone.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate working knowledge.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem solving, analysis, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ensure accurate and complete record keeping and document management through system audits and filing procedures.
• High responsibility for the job.
Other information
• Must pass a background check.
• Bachelor degree in Law or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience sufficient to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job.
• Age: No age limit.
• Form: Official staff.
