• Responsible for effective service management while delivering and supporting IT services that are appropriate to the business requirements of the hotel and casino, ensuring the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) meet the corporate standards.
• Resolve any issues and ensures communication between and within IT Operations, the business and third-party services.
• Providing architectural and engineering support for IT systems, as well as acting as third level escalation for systems and services spanning wide and local area networks, Internet access, cloud based applications, voice, and security services, 24 x 7 x 365.
• Works with consultants to ensure that the computer system platform provides sufficient computing resources to deliver the desired level of business performance.
• Engineering, implementing, maintaining and monitoring security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and information.
• Modifying the technical, legal, and regulatory aspects of the system security.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues. Develops or establishes strong relationships with service providers and third-party partners.
• Negotiates and contracts with outsourcers, consultants, technical personnel and vendors for services and products.
• Manages IT operation scheduling, backup, storage and retrieval functions.

• Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget and expenses.
• Perform the day to day operations, management and administration to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information assets and technology infrastructure of the organization.
• Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting IT infrastructure problems remotely and on-site.
• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
• Develops, maintains and tests disaster recovery plans.
• Directly supervises employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
• Providing direction for IT team members.
• Acquisition and vendor risk assessment due diligence.
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and hardware, systems.
• Participate in tier 2 and tier 3 security operations support.
• Participate in incident handling.
• Participate in projects that develop new intellectual property.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• BS/MBS in Computer Science or equivalent desired
• Emerging company-wide reputation in the field of information security
• Consistent implementation of security solutions at the business unit level
• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure or application-level vulnerability testing and auditing
• At least 5 years of system, network and/or application security experience
• Strong experience and detailed technical knowledge in security engineering, system and network security, authentication and security protocols, cryptography, and application security
• Knowledge of network and web related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS, routing protocols)
• Knowledge of operating systems, SAN, SQL database, servers and VMware virtualization.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture
• Experience with the application of threat modeling or other risk identification techniques
• Detailed knowledge of system security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques, including penetration testing and the development of exploits
• Scripting skills (e.g., shell scripting)
• Excellent reading, writing, listening and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
• Results oriented, high energy, self-motivated
