Immigration Legal Specialist Open For Fresher
Mô tả công việc
1. Provide directly legal advices to the Departments/Divisions and BODs in the application of legal provisions relating to tenancy contract, international immigration law, enterprise law, civil law, labor law and international commercial law.
2. Directly negotiate, advise, draft the legal documents, propose the legal opinion and control the legal issues of the big, complicated contracts that the company may sign with the domestic or foreign partners to maximize the interest of the company.
3. Directly advise, support the settlement of claims, disputes of the customers/tenants relating to contracts, procedures, regulations, products, services of the company. Represent the company to work with the authorities: Inspection, Police, Court, Judgment Execution and other competent authorities.
4. Draft, review, give comment on the bill, internal rules and regulations.
5. Consultation on drafting contracts and related dispute issues in Vietnamese territory.
6. Follow, analyze the changes of laws relating to the business of the company.
7. Filing, maintain, control the usage of legal documents that under the management of legal division.
8. Manage the relationships, transactions with the legal service suppliers.
9. Provide advice to BODs if required.
10. Research and propose the solution to collect the debts from the tenants.
11. Translate the legal documents of the company.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University of Law
• Open for fresher, we will train you to adapt for job
• Having 2 years of legal work is a plus
• Fluently English
• There are creative thinking, strategy and continuous improvement, to lead the change;
• Ability to charge, coordination, planning, rational division of work and efficiency;
• Ability to negotiate, influence and affect others;
• Sticking to organize, build and develop good relationships;
• Skills in litigation and settlement and conflict management; reasoning skills
